Plans, drawings and materials submitted to the Corporation are
protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Section
47). You may only download or print material for consultation or
inspection purposes. Further copies must not be made without the
prior permission of the copyright owner (the
applicant/agent/architect) otherwise, you will be in breach of
copyright. You may, however, make copies of the decision notice
provided the copies are not altered in any way.
You must agree to the terms of the Notice above before being
able to access the rest of this site.
Data Protection Act
Representations and comments made electronically by members of
the public on planning applications will be available for view on
the Internet. This will include all personal details submitted with
them.
