Planning Policy
Whilst the Development Corporation determines planning
applications that fall within its ambit, Thurrock Council is
responsible for the preparation of the statutory Local Development
Framework (LDF) which, when adopted, will provide the spatial
strategy, policies and proposals to guide the future development
and land use in the Borough up to 2021.
