Commenting on a planning applications

Application documentation, including plans, drawings, and other supporting technical documents will be available for inspection at the Planning Department of Thurrock Council. It is important to note that the TTGDC offices are not open for casual visits by the public and copies of applications will not be available for inspection.

Comments on planning applications should only be submitted to Thurrock Council's designated case officer and not to TTGDC.

These comments will be forwarded to TTGDC and will be considered when determining any planning application.

Should you submit written representations you will be advised when the application is due to be considered by TTGDC's Planning Committee. You will also be invited to attend the meeting and you may have an opportunity to address the meeting if you so wish.
