Key Projects
We started work on live projects in 2005 and are
now pressing on with the delivery of our plans. We have
purchased a range of sites many of which are now nearing readiness
for development. As we partner with developers to take these
forward for residential, retail and leisure, commercial and
industrial use, we can reshape Thurrock to play a key role in the
future of the Thames Gateway and the UK as a whole.
