Thurrock Development Corporation Hogg Lane South Compulsory Purchase Order 2009

The Corporation's Grays Town Centre Master Plan (new window) proposes that a New Generation Community Hospital be developed on a site at the southern end of Hogg Lane in Grays.

The Corporation is presently assembling the site and as part of this process it has now made the Thurrock Development Corporation (Hogg Lane South) Compulsory Purchase Order, 2009. The Corporation is in discussions with the existing landowners, and has already acquired some of the properties included in the CPO. Further details can be found on our Publications page.
