Delivery

The Delivery Team helps to bring forward key regeneration sites, buildings and projects for optimal sustainable use and re-development.

Our emphasis is on effective partnership working with public agencies, voluntary and community organisations and, critically, the private sector.

Our role is enabling, forging essential links, seeking out funding streams and co-ordinating the implementation of schemes and projects.

Our culture is one of approachability and we welcome contacts from individuals or organisations interested in economic and community regeneration. We are also pro-active and continually seek out regeneration opportunities and innovation.

Our underlying aim is to secure the growth in the range of housing provision, new employment opportunities, community and environmental infrastructure that will underpin Thurrock's prominent role in working towards the evolution of sustainable communities in the Thames Gateway.
