About Thurrock
Thurrock is at the heart of the Thames Gateway, which stretches
east of London along the Thames to the sea – a corridor from London
to Europe. The Gateway spans East London, Kent and Essex and is on
the doorstep of Central London, one the world’s most commercially
vibrant cities.

Thurrock, which adjoins London Thames Gateway is a key part of the
Essex Gateway area and vital to its success. The Thames Gateway is
one of the largest regeneration opportunities in Europe. Over the
